The HAART Ranch isn’t just a therapy site — it’s a sanctuary. Nestled against the quiet beauty of the High Desert, our ranch provides a space where people and animals coexist in mutual respect and healing. Every inch of our land is designed to support safety, mindfulness, and connection.
Here, sessions take place outdoors — among the corrals, in the shade of the mare motel, beside the gentle rustle of hay, or along walking paths where clients can breathe deeply and feel grounded in nature. The ranch itself becomes part of the therapeutic process.
Because HAART is an active therapy and rescue facility, we cannot accommodate unscheduled visitors.
This ensures the privacy and emotional safety of our clients — and the calm, predictable environment our animals depend on.
If you’d like to visit the ranch, volunteer, or learn more about our programs, please reach out to schedule an appointment in advance.
We’d love to meet you — we just want to make sure it’s at a time when both you and our animals can feel fully supported.
Our goal is to make the process comfortable, transparent, and tailored to you.
We are committed to making HAART an inclusive and welcoming space for everyone. Please let us know about any accessibility needs when scheduling your visit so we can best accommodate you.
We believe in accessibility—because everyone deserves the chance to heal.
